After a lot of trials and errors, I, finally, was able to achieve this no-fail and easiest recipe that produces very moist and delicious brownies each and every time. Enjoy!!!
Ingredients
- Granulated Sugar – 1 Cup
- Brown Sugar – 1 Cup
- Eggs (at room temperature) – 3 (Medium Sized)
- Flour – 1 Cup
- Cocoa Powder – 3/4 Cup
- Salt – 1 Teaspoon
- Dark Chocolate Chips – 1.5 Cup
- Melted Butter (Unsalted) – 1 Cup
- Ground Coffee – 1 Tablespoon
- Vanilla Extract – 1 Tablespoon
Directions
Step-1. Preheat the oven to 350° F and prepare an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
Step-2. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and coffee and mix it all together well.
Step-3. Add white and brown sugar to the mixture and whisk together well.
Step-4. Sift Cocoa Powder, Flour, and Salt into a bowl and mix until just combined.
Step-5. Toss in chocolate chips or chunks and fold into the batter.
Step-6. Pour the batter into the pan and level it with a spatula.
Step-7. (Optional) You can sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
Step-8. Bake for 30 min at 350° F.
Step-9. Take the pan out and let it cool down for 15 min. Take out the cooked brownie and cut it into square or rectangle shape pieces as desired.
