This mouth-watering dish is amazingly delicious and very quick to make. Total cook time is under 15 min. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- Butter – 4 Tablespoons
- Salmon Fillets – 4 pieces
- Lettuce – 1 Qtr
- Lemon – 1 Piece
- Salt & Pepper – To taste
Method
- Take a frying pan, add 4 tablespoons of salted or unsalted butter on a medium/low heat
- When the butter starts turning brown, add Salmon fillets to it and let them cook for 3 to 4 min.
- Turn over Salmon fillets and let them cook for 2 min.
- Add the lemon zest and lemon juice, close the lid and cook for another 2 min on low heat.
- Take a tablespoon and pour the butter/lemon mixture from the pan on top of the fillets to make them extra tasty.
- Turn off the heat and your delicious Butter Salmon is ready.
To Serve
- Add Lettuce and diced tomatoes
- Add mashed potatoes
- Add Salmon fillets
- Add balsamic vinegar sauce
